Today was the same routine - train squeezing as usual. Has been wondering where did all this ppl come from? From what i can recall, the train was not that packed last time compared to now. It can be a nightmare when the timing for the MRT is irregular but luckily i still managed to squeeze in.
Had a busy day issuing invoice for the delivery today as was on leave yesterday for the installation of the Fiber Cable by Opennet. Glad that all the outstanding orders has been settled today. Hope new orders be coming in soon. "Bring it on". Hehe! At first was apprehensive regarding the installation as had heard that the wiring will be messy and it will spoilt the whole outlook of the house due to its cabling but i feel its still not that bad after the installation. The whole installation just took 1 hr to be done compare to another unit which they had done which takes about 3 hr plus to get it done due to their fixed cabinets by the wall.

Dreams???
I believe everyone do have dreams so do I. In the past i really do not have any dreams, any sense of belongs. My mind was a blank. it was until that i turn the BIG 30 that i realised that i can't go on my life like that, its time to think for myself. By Coicidence, i happen to know a person who dabble in shares and it was he who introduce me to the world of Shares & Contra.
Being the beginner me, i was curious and follow his "tips". As u can guess, i got burned.
It really can get very depressing during those days. Luckily i got a few "gui Ren" who stretch out their hand to help me at those times. After these experience, i told myself i can't be like that. The road that i took is nt the road that i wanted so i read up on books recommended by a close frend of mine. It opens up my mind and reaffirms that my decision to stop Contra is the right path to take.
The book was so spot-on on many things that i went thru n thats y i just follow thru the steps that it recommended to change the situation that i was in at that time. It also brought up the urge and the thirst in me to read up on financial books like Rich Dads,Poor Dads. This a very good book if you really wan to do some reading. I believe that u must practise whatever that you read up on in order to be learning.Only then will u be able to judge whether what you have read up on is relates to reality or not. There's a saying that says: "What you focus on will expands". I will just be focusing on positivity and my goals and sooner or later i will be able to meet my goals.
Right now my goal is to create a few passive income streams so as to achieve my ultimate goal of financial success.

Wow. Just realised its been almost a year since i last blog in here man. Almost going to be oct soon. Time pass fast huh !
To whom it may concern: I really missed our school times and all the happy memories that we had. Although you may not rem the details but all of these has been etched in my mind and will never be forgotten. Even though now all of us have our own life to lead but i still prefer and missed the old you.How i wish time can just roll back man.
During this whole year, a lot of changes and things has been happening arnd me like work, friends, family etc. Whatever it is, i just hope for all my friends to be happy and healthy.

Haiz! Another day just gone. Today suppose to fetch they all to downtown east for the 95.8 Garage Sale! Left hse at 6.30am to ser hse. Manage to reach her hse but then got lost in her multi carpark until finally manage to find her.Head straight to mei's place, got directed the wrong way by ser but luckily still manage to revert it.Reach mei's place is almost 8am. She's late by 0.2 second loh. Quite surprised to see her parents in-law helping her to carry the stuff down for her.
Can feel that they quite dote on her.Lucky her!After that head to A.M.K to fetch miaofang. Lucky their stuff still can manage to stuff into the car elsei wouldn't know wat to do liao.Can't believe that when i reach downtown east its already 9 plus. Imagine, i have been driving for more than 3 hrs. Wow thats a feat for me man,nv try that b4.
We gt quite a good spot near the main entrance. Mei n miaofang get down to arranging their items while mi n ser just stand arnd and look at them.Its the first time that i join them for the garage sale.The ppl there really good in bargaining although the item is already priced at low price le. Mei and miaofang had a hard time in selling their things but at least some items is being sold better than bringing them back again.Their comments was that the sales at Tanglin mall is better than at here. think they not going to participate next time le ba.Mei's whole family came down n help to shout for her to attract the crowd.After they went off, ML and her family was here.Everything ended at 8pm sharp. We had to pack up fast as they are going to close the auditorium door soon.All of us help to carry some of the bags and manage to drag all of it to the taxi stand while i went to start my car. Decided to go to jalan kayu for prata.Mei called up ML to check whetehr she wanna join us as her hse is just round the corner and she agree.Finally we can sit down and chat. After a while, we went our own way.
Quite tired when i reach home. Almost fall aslp while driving. Lucky i'm still able to get home in 1 piece. Hahahaha! Had a bath and as the hair is still wet decided to wash the toilet while letting it dry. After washing was so shagged until went to slp regardless of whether the hair dry or nt. hahaha!!!

Today is the Day! Happens to fall on a Sat but too bad got not much event for it. Had wanted to book a chalet de but by the time i decided to have it, its fully booked so bo bian got to find other event loh. Meet yaya for gym in the morning then have steamboat lunch with my mama.Called mei up and arrange the timing for me to go fetch her from her hse as she say she dun wna to drive if i'm driving.Its almost 5 plus when we reach the orchard isetan.Happen to saw 3 lambogini parked near the adidas shop area. Mei help me to take few photo with the black lambo. Its really super chio loh and unique from the other 2 which is bright yellow in colour.A lot of ppl was gathering arnd taking photos and seeing the owner drove off.Then ser call and direct her to where we are.Sat down had a drink n chat for a while at the mac. arnd 6.50pm we walk to the rice table as we had reserved a table at there.After dinner, we went to mount faber to bowl for 1 hr b4 making our way home. Ser suggest that they will send mei home as i can just go home straight from and beside tml i need to wake up early to fetch them. They are afraid i got not enuff slp for it. So sweet of her to suggest that hor! Anyway they guide me until towards the PIE and we parted.I'm a road direction idiot. Those places that i nv drive there b4, i dun know how to go de so need ppl to direct me. I'm the type of ppl who know how to drive but then dun kw the road.Hahaha!Quite ironic hor!Mei always say i can de i can de but so long le i'm like no improvement leh. Hahaha!
Reach home almost 1 plus le,went to bathe and then went to bed.Hope tml i cna manage to get up on time. Hehe!!!

MC today. Had been coughing n coughing for the past week until buay tahan have to go see doc or else next week i cna't take leave on mon n tue cos shifu is taking these two days. Open eyes at 7 plus to sms my da shifu to inform her then after that can't get to slp le so roll in bed until 9 plus then get up to do some hse cleaning. Sms to DJ and mei to inform as well. Hehe....scare DJ sent me email n wonder y no reply from me. Hahaha! After hse cleaning drive my mum to my old place to do some grocery as frends be coming for steamboat at my place after work and then see my usual doc. Had a short chat with him abt the rising cost in sg now. He's quite a friendly guy.
After bought all the stuff that we wan we head back to home then start shelling the prawn.Gt prick by few of them loh.It was painful sia.Soon after mei call up and she help me to get some stuff from my frend and bring it to my hse. So touched leh cos actually suppose to meet her and go get the thing de end up i'm still at home when she reach the place.After she came we went to kallang bahru to have our lunch at the market.Its the first time after sooooo many many years that i step into that area again although its only a short distance from my new place. The area hold few of our times together spent at there like the NTUC, KFC, Salvation Army & etc.We had ice-cream too cos really cnanot stand the weather. It was super hot sia.After walking arnd the area we went back to my place.As mei got nowhere to go so she stay at my place until its time for her to go n fetch her hubby.Its been a long time since we sit down n tok.Jus tok abt anything that came to our mind loh.Had a bigger understanding of her family which i thuz otherwise all along de.The chat let mi understand her more although we have been frends for more than 16years le.. time really flies!!!
Waited for them to come my hse until neck long sia.called ah feng up at 6.25pm and ask where is she but she only say she reaching soon but by 6.45pm she still havn't reach loh.Finally almost to 7pm they are here and we start the streamboat dinner w/o DJ first as i'm hungry plus the soup is boiling n boilng.Just started into the dinner not long, DJ came.Feli came arnd 7.30pm so she have to eat together with my mum cos the rest of them was full le. They bought a cheesecake for me loh and sang bdae song for me after i came out from the shower.The cake was too cheesy for their liking thats y all of them nv finish their share of the cake except me. Hehe......
If u let me to choose, i will just get a normal cheesecake and not those fanciful type.Thats y they still dun know my style well. I like anything thats plain even to food. Arnd 10 plus i sent them home but jie wan to go home by train so i let her be as she dun wan to take up my offer to send her home.
Came home is arnd 12 plus le, faster bathe and went to slp.

I'm here to blog. Was busy for the past weeks and months with the renovation at the new hse and with the packing of stuff at the old hse.Din know that moving hse is so hectic and so troublesome. Got a lot of things have to decide on like should we get an ID or contractor , wat to buy, where to buy, which is good... sort of things.Our final choice was to get an ID as we got no time to liase with the contractor for all the renovating stuff so a better choice will be an ID whom we cna dump all the liasing work to him and we just need to check on the progress of it only. Lucky we made the right choice as cannot imagine if we get a contractor at that time and we have to rush to do all the liasing work, i think until now the reno still be halfway thru only. hehe!Overall, we really like the ID design as our most important requirement is to have lots of storage space in the rooms scared not enuff storage to put our stuff as the flat area is only 90 square metre.But compare to my current hse of cos is much more bigger lah.
Too long never blog le like there's still many things i wan to say but dun know how to put it in words.I'm just glad that throughout the whole reno, lucky got my sis ard me to discuss with else i'm sure dun kw wat to do de.Many frends is concern abt mi moving hse and wish to come for a visit soon. I will arrange for a hsewarming but not so soon as the next month after i move in will be the ghost month le...and not adviseable to do hsewarming.You can think that i'm superstitious but this kind of thing better to be safe than sorry,rite? I really hope to see all my long time frends. Today just pack some of my photos into the carton and happen to see many old photos like during the sec school times, excursion times, kenny rogers time.........and the many letters that i exchange with them.Just can't bear to throw them away although some already so torn and tattered le.Reading thru them brings back many many memories and make mi realise that i have neglect many of my frends......... i'm sorry................. Hope they can really forgive me.... I will try to find back all those long lost frends de.........
Next week is the moving in day to the new flat le. Dun kw y mi now start to heisitate abt moving in although all along i have been behaving like very eager to get the new flat and doing all the renovating stuff.It can't be blame as i have been living in this old hse for 20 over years le way before my bro is born. Still rem the times when i will stand at the window looking down at all the school mates or frends walking past my block when i was not in school either or mc or never go school at all.This is the place where i went to sec school and poly and make a lot of great frends..........where my grandma died, where i bought my first mj set n table, where i invite frends to come my hse to play mj thru the nite and the place that i was being brought up.Human are just so undecisive, it has always been my wish to be able to live together as a family in a bigger area than my current one and now i got it le yet i can't bear to move out of the old one.Maybe its just a thot for now which will goes away when the times comes ba.I'm scared that i cannot adapt in a new environment with new neighbours.Just can only cross fingers that everything will be all right loh.

Wake up at 8am and go to the new hse to pay for the window grill that is being installed this morning then after back at home had a small nap and then start packing my little stuffs and photos into carton then went to toyogo warehse to get some drawers and stuffs.
